Our company values your commitment to the activities and services we provide. Please read this policy carefully. All payments made to Makkalakoota for enrollment fees and donations are generally **non-refundable**.


ENROLLMENT & ACTIVITY FEES

Policy Summary: Fees are Non-Refundable

Enrollment and activity fees are **non-refundable** once the registration or payment process is complete. This policy allows us to maintain the integrity of class rosters, schedule instructors, and cover administrative costs regardless of subsequent attendance or withdrawal.

Exceptions (When a Refund May Be Issued):

A refund will **only** be issued in the event of an extraordinary circumstance directly caused by the Association:

  • The **Association cancels** an entire activity, course, or service for which you have paid, and no suitable substitute or credit can be offered.
  • A **processing error** caused the account to be charged incorrectly or duplicated.

Non-Refundable Circumstances Include:

  • Voluntary withdrawal or cancellation by the participant or parent/guardian **for any reason**.
  • **Missed classes**, lack of attendance, or late arrival.
  • Dissatisfaction with the program after commencement.
  • Any administrative fees or charges explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of payment.

DONATION POLICY

We are grateful for your support. As per standard non-profit practice, all monetary donations made to Makkalakoota are **final and non-refundable**.

If you believe an **error occurred** during the donation process (such as a duplicate transaction or incorrect amount due to a technical glitch), please contact us immediately to review the transaction.


REQUEST AND REVIEW PROCESS

For the **limited exceptions** listed above (e.g., Association cancellation or processing error), you must **contact our administrative team** within **7 days** of the payment date or the scheduled start date of the activity (whichever is applicable).

We will review your request and process any **approved refunds** within **10-14 business days**. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, if possible.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this Non-Refundable Policy, which ensures we can continue to offer high-quality activities for children.
